This is a 30-year-old Highland single malt from Tomatin, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The casks are all ex-bourbon, a mix of fresh and refill wood.
Tropical fruit and pear are the notes picked out in the spirit, and the cask mix leaves that character room to show. Tomatin has also redesigned the packaging for its top-end releases.
