This is a 15-year-old single malt from Tomatin, part of the Portuguese Collection. It was matured first in ex-Bourbon casks and then spent seven years in Moscatel casks, and is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The Moscatel cask shows in a jam and honey note, joined by caramel and the spices of Christmas baking.
The Tomatin distillery was founded in 1897.
