Tomatin – The Italian Collection Marsala Cask (70cl, 46%)

Tomatin The Italian Collection Marsala Cask is the first of three editions showing the influence of Italian wine casks on Tomatin single malt. The whisky was distilled on 6 December 2010 and moved into a Marsala cask on 10 February 2021. It was bottled on 5 June 2023 at 46%, without chill-filtration or added colouring, in a 70cl bottle. The nose brings panettone and candied lime. On the palate there are white chocolate, lemon truffle and hazelnut, and the finish returns to sweet citrus with a touch of blood orange and some toasted oak.
