This is a 50 year old Tomintoul single cask, distilled in 1973. It is a limited edition Speyside single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle at 42.9% ABV, and it comes in a hand-crafted crystal decanter.
The nose is delicate and mature, with mixed fruits, buttery and creamy barley-sweet malt and hints of pineapple. The palate brings summer fruits and buttery toffee with coffee, liquorice and lemon sherbet. The finish is gentle oak spice with sweet liquorice.
