Tomintoul Pinot Noir Cask Finish is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. After maturing in American oak casks that previously held bourbon, it is finished in European casks that held Pinot Noir wine.
The colour is golden amber with soft copper highlights. The nose brings cherry, raspberry and ripe strawberry with vanilla, honey and a delicate floral note. The palate is soft and silky, with red fruit, caramel, sweet malt and light spice. The finish is medium to long, with woodland fruit, gentle oak and sweet spice.
