Torabhaig – 2017 Legacy Series Inaugural Release Signed (46%)

This is the first bottling from Torabhaig, the distillery on the Isle of Skye, and the opening release in its Legacy Series. It is a heavily peated single malt matured in first-fill bourbon barrels and bottled at 46% ABV. This bottle is signed by the distillery team. Torabhaig is the first whisky distillery built on Skye in 190 years. It occupies a converted 19th century farmstead, and its first spirit ran from the stills in 2017, three years after the renovation began.
