Torabhaig Allt Gleann Batch Strength closes the Allt Gleann chapter of the distillery's Legacy Series and is bottled without dilution. It is a heavily peated single malt, made from Concerto malted barley with 78+ PPM phenols in the grain, fermented with Pinnacle MG+ yeast and aged in first-fill Bourbon barrels and refill whisky barrels.
The nose has bonfire smoke, peat and sweet vanilla oak spice. The palate is smoky, with light salinity, rich maltiness, pronounced wood spice, green apple, capsicum, peat embers, cedar and sawdust. The finish continues the oak spice, with a tickle of fire.
