A peated single malt from Torabhaig on the Isle of Skye, in a 70cl bottle. Cnoc Na Moine is the third chapter in the distillery's Legacy Series, and its name is Gaelic for 'hill of peat'.
It is matured in a combination of Bourbon American oak, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks. This is the first Torabhaig release to use sherry casks, and it pairs the distillery's firm peat character with richer sherry notes and a darker colour.
