Torabhaig – Cnoc Na Moine Isle of Skye Single Malt (70cl, 46%)

Torabhaig Cnoc Na Moine is a single malt from the Torabhaig distillery on the Isle of Skye, and the third release in its Legacy Series. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill filtered and without added colour. Part of the whisky matured fully in Oloroso sherry casks and a smaller part in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The name means Hill of Peat, after a hill in Knoydart that can be seen across the Sound of Sleat from the distillery.
