Cnoc na Moine is the third release in the Torabhaig Legacy Series, a peated single malt from the Isle of Skye, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The name is Gaelic for 'hill of peat'.
It is the first Torabhaig to use sherry casks. The whisky was matured in a combination of Bourbon American oak, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks, which adds rich sherry notes to the distillery's peatiness and gives a darker colour.
