Torabhaig Distillers Edition Ionas Malt is an unpeated single malt made with 10% chocolate malt, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in first-fill Bourbon casks and fourth-fill Oloroso casks, the latter chosen to hold back the influence of the wood and encourage dark chocolate notes.
The label artwork was made by Iona herself. It shows her dog's eye and, for her, stands for the flavour of the whisky in colours.
