Torabhaig – Distillers Edition Niall's Malt (70cl, 46%)

A single malt from Torabhaig on Skye, made for the Distillers Edition as Niall's Malt and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The mash bill is 90% lightly peated malt, with 5% brown malt and 5% crystal malt. It was matured in first-fill bourbon and rum casks. The label is by a local Skye artist, who worked with Niall to reflect the maritime character of the whisky and Niall's upbringing. Niall grew up about a mile from the distillery, and his father was a sailor who would sail over to the bay where Torabhaig stands.
