Torabhaig – Distillers' Series Iona First Edition

The first edition of the Distillers' Series from Torabhaig, a single malt created by distiller Iona MacPhie, who has been part of the team since 2017. She took her inspiration from autumn walks with her dogs in the hills around her home. It is made from unpeated Concerto barley with 10% chocolate malt, and matured in a combination of sherry butts and bourbon casks. It is bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. The notes are of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, sweet raisins and toasted oak.
