Torabhaig – Journeyman Dram Iona Edition Cask Strength (70cl, 60.9%)

Torabhaig Journeyman Dram Iona Edition is a cask strength single malt from the Isle of Skye, bottled at 60.9% in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the Distiller's Series, which celebrates the people shaping the distillery. Iona MacPhie, who has been part of the team since 2017, took her inspiration from autumn walks with her dogs in the hills around her home. It is made from unpeated Concerto barley with 10% chocolate malt, and matured in sherry butts and bourbon casks. It is bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. The notes are of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, sweet raisins and toasted oak.
