Torabhaig – Journeyman Dram Niall's Edition (70cl, 59.3%)

Torabhaig Journeyman Dram Niall's Edition is a cask strength single malt from the Isle of Skye, bottled at 59.3% abv. It was created by Niall Culbertson, who drew on the sea, his fisherman father and a lifelong love of rum. The spirit was distilled from lightly peated Concerto barley with 5% Brown Malt and 5% Dark Crystal malt, then matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon casks and refill rum barrels. It is bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring for the Distiller's Series, which celebrates the people shaping the distillery. It is described as showing tropical fruit, smoky campfire embers and a fresh coastal breeze.
