Torabhaig – Legacy Series Chapter 4 Sound Of Sleat (70cl)

Sound Of Sleat is Chapter 4 of the Torabhaig Legacy Series, a single malt Scotch whisky from the Torabhaig Distillery on the Isle of Skye, in a 70cl bottle. It takes its name from the Sleat Peninsula, where it is made. The whisky is fully matured in American oak and ex-bourbon casks. The nose brings orange, apricot, sweet popcorn and seaweed. On the palate come oak spice, bonfire smoke, honey, vanilla, sea salt and white pepper. The finish is lingering, with honey and a coastal freshness.
