Torabhaig – Legacy Series Chapter 4 Sound of Sleat (70cl, 46%)

Sound of Sleat is the fourth release in the Torabhaig Legacy Series from the Isle of Skye distillery, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is a single malt made from Concerto and Laureate malted barley peated to 78PPM+, fermented with Pinnacle MG yeast over 72 hours and matured only in first-fill American oak casks. The nose brings orange, apricot and sweet seaweed. On the palate come bonfire smoke, honey and sea salt, followed by a lingering, elegant finish.
