Torabhaig – Owner's Reserve Single Cask #311 Bottle No 1 Signed (61.9%)

Torabhaig Owner's Reserve is a private bottling drawn from a single cask and bottled at a cask strength of 61.9% ABV. The whisky was distilled in January 2017 from Concerto barley and matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel. This is bottle number 001, signed by the distillery team. Torabhaig is the first whisky distillery built on the Isle of Skye in 190 years, housed in a converted 19th century farmstead. Renovation began in 2014, and the first spirit flowed from the stills in 2017.
