Sound of Sleat Batch Strength is a single malt from Torabhaig Distillery, bottled without reduction at 60.2% ABV straight from the cask. It is a bolder, stronger take on the Sound of Sleat.
The barley is a mix of Concerto and Laureate malt, with a phenol content of 78PPM and 19PPM in the glass. Fermentation uses Pinnacle mg+ yeast, and maturation was exclusively in American white oak. It is bottled without chill filtration or added colour.
