Torabhaig The Distiller's Series Iona's First Edition is an unpeated single malt from the Isle of Skye, made by Iona Macphie, who has distilled at Torabhaig since 2017. It is bottled at a cask strength of 60.2% in a 70cl bottle.
Iona took her inspiration from autumn dog walks in the hills around her Skye home. Her mash bill includes 10% chocolate malt, and the wash ferments for a long 120 hours. The whisky was matured in first-fill Bourbon and refill sherry casks.
The abstract label artwork was painted by Iona herself.
