Tormore – 10 2015/2025 Whisky Druid The Old Friends 1st Fill Amontillado Sherry Hogshead #333

This is a ten-year-old Tormore from Speyside, distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2025 by Whisky Druid as part of its Old Friends series. It was matured in a single first-fill Amontillado sherry hogshead, number 333. Tormore is more often matured in bourbon casks, so this bottling gives a different view of the malt. The Amontillado cask brings notes of sweet almonds, yellow peach and oat biscuits.
