Tormore – 10 Years Spirit of Scotland (70cl, 62.4%)

This is a Tormore single malt aged 10 years, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail as part of its Spirit of Scotland series. It was distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2026, in a 70cl bottle at 62.4% ABV, and only 217 bottles were filled. The whisky matured in a refill bourbon barrel and was bottled at cask strength. The nose is fruity, with baked apple, peach, lemon zest and violet. On the palate the fruit continues with pineapple, peach and honeydew melon, alongside malt and vanilla. The finish is medium in length, with lime and oak.
