This Tormore is an 11-year-old Speyside single malt bottled by Claxton's at a cask strength of 62.4%. After ageing in dark sherry casks, it was given a finish in a refill Oloroso sherry octave cask. Few bottles come from an octave cask at cask strength, and this one gave 66 in total. It was part of Claxton's Warehouse #8 release of October 2022, and comes in a 70cl bottle.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
