Tormore – 12 Year Old Bourbon, Cream Sherry & Toasted White American Oak Casks (70cl, 46%)

Tormore 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, part of the first permanent Tormore core range, launched in summer 2026. It is bottled at 46%, with natural colour and without chill-filtration. Its twelve years of maturation combine first-fill bourbon casks, toasted cream sherry casks and toasted, charred new American white oak. The bourbon casks support vanilla and orchard fruit, the cream sherry casks add richer sweetness and a gentle nuttiness, and the new oak adds spice and structure. The nose brings peach cake with vanilla sauce, vanilla fudge and poached pear. The palate is soft and silky, with juicy fruit, toasted almonds, coconut and oak. The medium finish carries almonds and a little coconut, fading gently dry.
