Tormore – 15 Year Old 2010 Oloroso Sherry Finish (50%)

This is a limited edition Speyside single malt from Tormore, bottled at 50% ABV by the Glasgow-based independent bottler Glaschu Spirits Company. It was distilled in 2010, matured for 15 years and finished in Oloroso sherry casks. It is natural colour and non-chill filtered. The label follows the bottler's art deco-inspired style, which draws on the founders' backgrounds in aircraft engineering. The character is described as smooth and fruit-driven, with dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak, and a textured feel.
