This is a 16 year old Tormore single malt from Speyside, distilled in 1997 and bottled on 27 June 2013 by Gordon & MacPhail for its Connoisseurs Choice series. It was bottled at 46% ABV.
The whisky matured in first fill bourbon barrels. That cask type shows in a profile of vanilla, toffee, green apple and honey, with tropical fruit and a light peppery spice.
