Tormore 16 Year Old is a Speyside whisky in a 70cl bottle, double matured with a deliberately gentle oak influence so that the fruity spirit stays at the front.
It is matured further in a selection of sherry casks, which add layers of flavour, depth and structure. Bottled non-chill filtered, it has a slightly richer, creamier mouthfeel. The sherry influence sits alongside the pure, fruity Tormore spirit rather than covering it.
