Tormore – 18 Year Old 2007 Refill Bourbon Barrel Single Cask 700702 Kirsch Import 50th Anniversary (54.6%)

This is an 18 year old single cask Tormore from Speyside, bottled for the 50th anniversary of Kirsch Import. It was distilled on 20 December 2007, matured in a refill bourbon barrel, cask number 700702, and bottled on 29 July 2026 at cask strength, 54.6% ABV. There are 239 bottles, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. A refill barrel has held whisky before, so it usually gives less fresh wood influence and leaves more room for the distillate. Tormore was built between 1958 and 1959 to a neoclassical design by Sir Albert Richardson, and the buildings have been listed since 1986.
