This is a single cask Tormore from 1988, bottled in 2015 by The Golden Cask at 27 years old. The cask, number CM225, gave 226 bottles of 70cl at a cask strength of 50%. The whisky is natural in colour and not chill-filtered.
The nose is soft vanilla, light honey, fresh citrus and elegant oak. The palate is rich and creamy, with tropical fruit, soft spices and delicate wood. The finish is long and refined, with warm spiciness and an old-school Speyside character.
