This is a single cask Tormore, a Speyside single malt distilled in 1992 and bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd in 2019 after 26 years of maturation in cask number 101158. The nose is rich with ripe tropical fruit, and with time in the glass liquorice and gentle tannins emerge. The palate is creamy and fruit-driven with a smooth, lingering mouthfeel, and a touch of oak gives balance on the finish.
