The whisky matured in a first fill sherry butt, cask 8354, which gave 576 bottles.
The nose offers stewed fruit and baked apple alongside vanilla. On the palate, rich dark chocolate and aniseed lead to black pepper, and the finish is full, with lingering mixed nuts.
