A 23 year old Tormore single malt, distilled on 15 June 1995 and bottled in autumn 2019. It matured in a single sherry hogshead and was bottled in the Single Cask UK series, with 102 bottles filled.
The nose is intense, with plenty of oak, toasted malt and fresh fruit. The palate is full and rich in flavour: black pepper, beeswax and malt, followed by forest honey, melon and dried apricots. The finish is dry, with oak, blackberries, more apricot and raisins.
