This is a 1995 Tormore single malt from Speyside, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in its Connoisseurs Choice range. It comes in a 70cl bottle and is golden in colour.
The nose is rich with mango and lemon, alongside honeysuckle and citrus blossom, then apricot, desiccated coconut and white chocolate. On the palate, bright citrus fruit and sweet butterscotch are balanced by white pepper, with vanilla custard and mixed fruit. The finish is medium-bodied with herbal notes.
