This Tormore was distilled in 2000 and bottled at 22 years old in the Connoisseurs Choice range of Gordon & MacPhail. It matured in a first fill sherry butt and was bottled on 26 July 2022, giving 618 bottles.
The nose offers stewed fruits, vanilla, roasted coffee beans and morello cherries. On the palate there is a hint of grapefruit and notes of charred oak with fruity touches. The finish is spicy and nutty, with echoes of plum.
