This Speyside single malt comes from Legacy, a single cask series drawn from the vintage stocks of Tormore, which Elixir Distillers has owned since 2022. It was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2025 at a cask strength of 60.8%, in a 70cl bottle.
The series is filled into first fill bourbon barrels, each bottled individually at cask strength. Tormore single casks have rarely appeared from independent bottlers.
The flavours of this vintage run to buttery coconut pastry, roasted lemons, pears and vanilla fudge.
