This is a 10 year old Tormore single malt, distilled in 2015 and bottled by Dràm Mòr for its Autumn Release 2025. Only 276 bottles were filled.
The whisky matured in a single bourbon cask and was then finished in a first-fill PX sherry barrique.
The nose opens with dry espresso and dark chocolate that is not sweet, along with a faint savoury, meaty note. The palate is rich and full, silky in texture, with a nearly sticky fruitiness that stays short of overly sweet, and espresso returns. The finish is very long, with dry fruit fading gently.
