Tormore – 2015/2025 Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Edition #45 (70cl, 57.1%)

This Tormore single malt is Edition #45 in the Signatory Vintage 100 Proof series. It was distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2025 after ten years of maturation, at 57.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The 100 Proof series is aimed at drinkers who want an intense, unaltered style with a clear cask and malt presence. Here the whisky combines ripe fruit, malty sweetness and spicy wood notes. Given the high strength, it rewards some time in the glass, and a few drops of water may open up further nuances.
