A 30 year old Speyside single malt from Tormore, distilled in 1991 and released in 2021 as part of Gordon & MacPhail's Connoisseurs Choice series. It matured in a single refill sherry butt and was bottled at a cask strength of 55.7% ABV, with 488 bottles produced.
The notes run to dark fruits, jammy raspberries and spiced toffee, with charred oak alongside. The finish is long and richly structured.
