Tormore – 9 Year Old 2011 Carn Mor Strictly Limited (70cl, 47.5%)

This is a 9 year old single malt from Tormore, bottled by Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers for their Carn Mor Strictly Limited series. It was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2021 at 47.5% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. The whisky matured in a peated cask and is non-chill filtered with no added colour. The outturn was 1,308 bottles. The notes describe a fruity sweetness on the nose, followed by plenty of fresh smoke that lingers on the palate.
