Tormore – Timeless American White Oak Casks

Tormore Timeless is a single malt from the Tormore distillery at Advie, near Grantown-on-Spey in Speyside. It is matured in American white oak casks, led by first-fill bourbon barrels with a sherry seasoning. The nose combines vanilla and lemon zest with flowering clover, peach, apple and pear. On the palate the texture is soft, recalling peach tea, with creamy vanilla, lively lemon and the floral sweetness of honeysuckle, plus a light spice. The finish is short, with bright apple and pear fading to a gentle honey note.
