It matured in American white oak casks, mainly first-fill bourbon barrels, with a share of sherry seasoning adding depth.
The nose brings lemon zest and fine vanilla. The palate is silky, with peach tea and sweet honeysuckle alongside a gentle spice. The finish is clear and bright, with green apple and ripe pear.
