Tormore Timeless is the flagship expression of the revitalised Tormore Distillery in Speyside. It is a single malt matured in a combination of bourbon barrels and sherry casks, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose offers ripe pear, green apple and honey, with vanilla fudge and citrus zest. On the palate, sweet malt, vanilla and orchard fruit lead, followed by apricot, soft toffee and light baking spices. The finish is medium to long, with honey, vanilla and gentle spice.
