Tormore – Timeless Speyside Single Malt Scotch (43%)

Tormore Timeless is a Speyside single malt without an age statement, bottled at 43%. It is matured mainly in first-fill and refill American ex-bourbon casks, with a small touch of sherry cask added by the head blender to build structure on the palate. The distillery uses purifiers on its stills, which send heavier vapours back into the pot and let only the lightest spirit through. On the nose it is typically described as vanilla, lemon zest, sweet spice, honeysuckle and cool peach. The palate offers juicy peach, crisp pear and warm vanilla custard, and the finish is long, with fruit and fine floral notes.
