Tormore Timeless is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from Tormore Distillery, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in bourbon casks.
The nose is fresh, with vanilla, honeysuckle, peach tea, green apple, pear and hints of white chocolate or crème brûlée. The palate is soft, creamy and malty, with lemon zest, orchard fruits and vanilla sugar turning custard-like, plus light baking spices such as cinnamon. The finish is clean and of decent length, with lemon curd, vanilla and a touch of toasted oak.
