Town Branch Kentucky Straight Bourbon is made at a distillery created by Alltech. The mash is 72% corn, 15% malted barley and 13% rye.
It is fermented with yeast and a special enzyme additive, then twice distilled through copper pot stills. The bourbon matures in new charred American oak barrels for at least 3.5 years and is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
