Tres Agaves Organic Blanco Tequila (40%)

Tres Agaves Blanco is an organic tequila made entirely from agave grown in the Tequila Valley and crafted in Amatitan, Mexico. The agave is slow roasted for about 20 hours. The tequila is made with natural well water from the valley's aquifers and fermented in shallow tanks, so the agave flavour comes through without any influence from wood. The aroma is dominated by sweet, vibrant agave, with citrus, pear and hints of wild mint. The texture is silky, and it suits sipping or mixing, including in a margarita.
