This is a 14 year old Irish single malt from Tullamore D.E.W., bottled at 40% vol. It is triple distilled.
After maturing in bourbon casks, the whiskey is finished in four types of cask: bourbon, oloroso sherry, rum and madeira.
The nose is fresh and fruity, with citrus and apple, a touch of vanilla and sweet oak. The palate is rich and full, with apples and lemons, soft spice and light oak. The finish is long and soft, with a creamy, fruity sweetness.
