Tullamore Dew 'Crock' is a 12 year old Irish blended whiskey in a ceramic jug, dating from the 1970s. Its colour is straw. The nose brings mineral notes and fresh herbs, among them chives, tarragon and mint, on a base of ripe apples and barley. The palate is sweet and easy, with a faint smokiness, barley sugar, maple syrup, roasted hazelnuts, cornflakes, apple compote and very sweet cider. The finish is not long but pleasantly honeyed, with a note of mocha.

Sweet and easy, faint smokiness, barley sugar, maple syrup, roasted hazelnuts, cornflakes, apple compote, sweet cider
