Tullamore D.E.W. is an Irish whiskey with a honey colour in the glass. The nose is fruity and biscuity, with vanilla, caramel and a little spice. On the palate it is smooth and creamy, with apple, spice, vanilla, sherried peel, buttered granary toast with honey, grain and vanilla cream. The finish is long and rather vegetal, with caramel, toffee, slightly bitter oak and fruit.
