Tullamore Dew XO Caribbean Rum Cask Finish

An Irish whiskey finished in casks that previously held Demerara rum, selected for the tropical fruit character they pass on. The bottling pays tribute to the part Irish immigrants played in the development of rum in the Caribbean in the 17th century, a link the Tullamore D.E.W. name carries into the glass. Caramel and banana lead the flavour, with hints of dates and raisins behind them.
